Offering a spacious and versatile venue for conferences, meetings, seminars and other events, The Conservatory at Pontac Manor can accommodate up to 120 delegates, depending on seating arrangements and set-up requirements. The venue has loads of natural daylight and glass doors open out onto a private courtyard surrounded by gardens and trees. However, the venue can also be darkened for audio visual presentations if required.
Well-equipped meeting facilities for up to 36 participants are offered in the Conference Room, whilst the Board Room adjacent to the restaurant accommodates up to 20 delegates. Both venues have daylight but can also be darkened for visual presentations and each offers a private patio and garden access for breaks.Standard technical equipment available for use includes large roll down screen, dimmer-lighting, flip charts, white board, and central electrical floor panel for lap-top connections (in the Conference Room). Additional technical equipment can be hired upon request.
