Your Wedding Reception Options At Pontac Manor, your wedding reception can be hosted in the Restaurant, the Manor House or in the Gardens. Restaurant Reception We will host your wedding party of 40 guests in the restaurant and/or 80 guests on the patio outside. If required, a marquee tent (at extra costs) can be erected on the patio. Costs: Exclusive use of venue: from R3000 - subject to quotation
Rate per person: this will depend on the type of Menu selected - from R150 to R250 pp... wide range of menus and price categories on offer - subject to quotation Manor House Reception If you would like to be ‘Lord and Lady of the Manor’, then you can hire the entire property for your exclusive use on your wedding, including the Manor House and all the accommodation in the Annexes. The entire ground floor of The Manor House will be your reception venue – with seating for up to 90 guests. We will assist with all the arrangements (dining, beverages, music, flowers etc). This option can only be offered if all the rooms are occupied by your wedding guests exclusively. Be our guest: The Honeymoon couple will enjoy one night in the Honeymoon Suite and day use of 1 room for the bride to get dressed, with our compliments. Costs: Exclusive use of venue including bed & breakfast for your guests: price upon application, depends on the wedding date!
Catering per person: this will depend on the type of Menu selected - from R150 pp Garden Reception We can supply you with individual quotes for garden weddings, including marquee and seating hire as well as catering costs. Wines and Beverages Your choice of wines available from our Wine List at a discount of 20% off list price. Alternately, R40 Corkage Fee per bottle. All other beverages must be purchased from the hotel or restaurant. Additional Services Accommodation The hotel offers 21 superior and deluxe guest rooms and one Honeymoon Suite, providing accommodation for up to a total of 44 guests plus up to 10 additional beds. For additional accommodation requirements, we can assist with arrangements at nearby hotels.
Rates: Please click here or go to the "RATES" page. Honeymoon Suite The happy couple can enjoy luxury in a romantic setting with king-size bed, Jacuzzi spa bath and private courtyard. Breakfast is served in the courtyard (if weather permits).
Rate: Same rate as for Deluxe Rooms (rate includes complimentary bottle of sparkling wine for Honeymoon Couple). Ceremony The ceremony may also be performed on site in the Gardens, on the Terrace or in the Lounge. There is no additional venue charge for this service.
