Your Wedding Reception Options At Pontac Manor, your wedding reception can be hosted in the Conservatory, the Restaurant, the Manor House or in the Gardens. The Conservatory A beautiful Wedding Venue, the large function hall known as The Conservatory is bright and filled with natural daylight, with windows covering the full length of the room, and sliding glass doors leading onto a paved courtyard surrounded by lovely gardens.
The function room is versatile and can accommodate up to 120 guests in various seating layouts. Used in combination with the adjacent 40 seater Restaurant and 20 seater Board Room or 12 seater private Red Room, the venue centre offers many interesting options for your wedding, such as a separate bar area, or buffet room, gift room, or separate kiddies dining area. If required, a marquee tent can be erected over the courtyard, too.

Be our guest: The honeymoon couple will enjoy one night in the honeymoon suite and day use of 1 room for the bride to get dressed, if 10 or more rooms for accommodation are booked for your guests, with our compliments.

Wines and Beverages Your choice of wines available from our Wine List at a discount of 20% off list price. Alternately, R40 Corkage Fee per bottle. All other beverages must be purchased from the hotel or restaurant. Additional Services Accommodation The hotel offers 21 superior and deluxe guest rooms and one Honeymoon Suite, providing accommodation for up to a total of 44 guests plus up to 10 additional beds. For additional accommodation requirements, we can assist with arrangements at nearby hotels.
